first post

One of my dear friends from college inspired me to start a blog, but I worry that I may not be very good at updating it. For those of you who don’t know our story, Todd and I met at BYU during his senior year, and my first year of the nursing program. It was basically love at first sight, he was the TA in one of my classes. Unfortunately Todd graduated a few weeks after we started dating, and we would only have a few short months before he moved to Maryland to start medical school. We continued our relationship long distance, and got engaged on Christmas day, 2004. I graduated from BYU in April of 2005, and we were married in the Manti Temple on June 1st (we had our first anniversary yesterday!). Earlier this year we got a little "surprise" and we will be having a baby girl some time around September 10. We feel very blessed to have each other, the gospel, our friends and family, and the little girl who will be joining us soon. We love you all.
